The Texas Campaign to Prevent Teen Pregnancy’s 8th Annual Symposium is a two-day program, scheduled for April 15-16, 2019, at the DoubleTree by Hilton, in Austin, Texas, that will bring together hundreds of professionals from across the state to participate in high-quality and informative presentations and discussions with three goals in mind: to educate, enrich and inspire.
The Symposium theme – Forging Ahead: The Challenge of Change – will focus on ways to elevate our work while enabling us to become more informed, proactive and adaptable. We want to ensure that Texas teens have the support, knowledge and resources needed to make informed decisions about their health, families and futures.
Our annual Symposium is not a fundraiser. The event’s sole purpose is to educate individuals working toward improved adolescent health in their communities. We count on our sponsors to help cover the bare expenses of this event so we can increase the ability of our community members to attend and strive to offer as many scholarships as possible.
We cannot meet our goals without the support of organizations such as yours.
With your support, we can continue to provide a valuable education, along with the tools and resources necessary for professionals to make a positive impact in their communities.
